Central Office

I was born and raised in Faro, Yukon. Once the world's largest open-pit lead-zinc mine, where both of my parents met. As a family we had the opportunity to move to Zambia, Africa when I was 7 for two and a half years, and experienced a different culture. As well as was able to visit Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-Tunya, "The Smoke That Thunders") the world's greatest sheet of falling water and Lake Kariba the world's largest artificial lake and reservoir.

I graduated from the same high school my dad graduated from, and after completing my Certificate in Office Administration, I worked for Yukon Government for 7 years. I recently moved to Wainwright with my husband, who has started his career in the Armed Forces, and our identical twin daughters who just turned 6. We are happy to be living in a small town that resembles my home town.

I am excited to have joined the Buffalo Trail Public Schools team, and look forward to the future.
